About Dominic
I am a 17 year old who has taken drum lessons for 10 years teaching what I love to learn. Iam proficient in many different styles, ranging from funk and jazz, to metal and world. I have participated in many different groups, including large symphonies, jam groups, percussion ensembles, and jazz big bands.
I love seeing young students blossom and become great players. I also love seeing already good players transform with advanced technique and out of the box fills and grooves.
I asked my current teacher if I was ready to teach and he gave me the go-ahead. I'm very excited to work with new students.
I have taken drum lessons for 10 years, and have done band from 6th grade to my Senior year. I have been awarded over 15 First Division medals, both in an ensemble and by myself.

Start off with the two books I started off with, one pertaining to snare drum, and one to the drum set itself. With snare technique, you learn the basics, with rudiments and the basics, where you can then transfer it to the drums.
