About Heather
I am a recent graduate from Cedarville University. I have a Bachelor of Arts degree with a specialty in Theatre.
I have always had a love of teaching and watching kids learn and grow. I have managed summer camps and tutored on and off for 3 years. I have always considered it the most noble of professions to be able to guide children and set them up for success in life!
Kids are so dynamic and creative! I love that I can come along side them and focus their creativity to help them grasp concepts and broaden their vision. It is so important that children understand what they are studying so that they can be the most successful in school, play, and life!
I have a Bachelor of Arts in Theatre.
I have tutored students in reading mostly.
I managed childrens summer camps for two years.

I like to first find out what the student is struggling with. What specific concepts and ideas. Then I ask what their learning style is. Is the student a visual learner? A hands on learner? Do they understand better through listening? Then I use the students strengths to help them grasp the difficult concepts they are struggling with.
