About Gillian
I am 19 and a second year Undergraduate student at Northwest University earning my bachelor's degree in Cultural Psychology.
I love helping students and have found editing papers to be one of my unique passions. While I will not edit papers for the student I would love to help them learn how to do it for themselves. The subject of English, and all that it involves, comes naturally to me.
This is my first experience tutoring and I do not have awards or certifications. However, I have consistently received A's in my English classes. I have made the Dean's list at Northwest University twice.
After I have graduated from graduate school I plan to work in Social Work focusing on helping troubled children and families.
I am a second year undergraduate student at Northwest University. I have been on the Dean's list twice at Northwest University.
I was in Speech and Debate for two years. I focused in Humorous Oral Interpretation and Dramatic Oral Interpretation. I also went to the state competition in Policy Debate.
I was the HOSA Montana state champion in Forensic Medicine, medaled also in HOSA Trivia, and Physical Therapy.

I have not officially tutored before, however, when working with a new student I plan to first meet with them and discuss what the objectives are for these tutoring sessions. I would love to get to know the students and allow them to get to know me as well. I would like them to bring whatever homework or classwork they are currently working on for that class. I would love to see how they approach these assignments and then guide them in a warm and supportive manner toward improvement in whatever objectives we discuss.
