About Dylan
I have the patience and kindness to make learning an enjoyable experience even through the most frustrating topics. I enjoy improving writing and reading skills. I am a graduate of the College of William and Mary and will soon be starting a Master's program. I am a professional runner, and channel that work ethic into my teaching. I have worked with children of all populations, including those with learning disabilities.

I evaluate my student's current skill level, then create small goals for them to provide structure and positive feedback as we improve their skills en route to the end goal.
I have worked with students with autism and other learning disabilities, as well as students from impoverished areas.
I would advise them to find someone that helps them find joy and pride in the process.
