About Nailah-Bena
As a rising Junior in university studying Global Studies with a minor in Mandarin Chinese, I have extensive writing and communication experiences that have allowed me to solidify skillsets I want to help others improve upon. My strong suits are grammar and spelling correction as well as providing English language speaking practice. I have a passion for learning and connecting with others and aim to utilize my past experiences and knowledge of academia to empower those I tutor.

I focus on open communication and creating a safe environment for the student where they are able to ask questions and ask for assistance. I work at the student's pace to ensure that they are not stressed out, nor that coming to tutoring sessions is something they become anxious about. I aim to find common ground connections so that the student feels comfortable during the tutoring session and can be themselves.
