About Lili

Hi! Im Lili, I can help and teach you with a lot of things.. And yes, Im just 14 years old but I am very flexible so don't worry. When Im in my own class I really get bored so I don't like my students to experience boredom while learning. Lets make it fun and enjoyable but we still learning at the same time.

I really love teaching, The thing I like most about teaching is my students. I love interacting with them, I love learning from them, I love helping them understand the content of any course and I love when they see the connection between what they are learning and their lives.“I love teaching because sharing my knowledge with others is very rewarding.” “I love teaching because every single day we make a difference in someone's life which goes far beyond knowledge. We inspire, support, mentor and get the chance to discover and share some of the best parts of ourselves as human beings.”

When working with a prospect, the most important aspect of the entire process is buildinga rapport. At this point in time, students have potentially struggled with various topics, sothe importance of instilling confidence in them before any tutoring begins is essential totheir success. Nevertheless, prior to scheduling sessions, I like to meet with the studentand/or parent(s). We work hand in hand to build their specialized plan of action. Studentscreate a detailed description of their current situation and their desired results. Next, wecome up with a set of goals and how to implement the plan of action appropriately in orderto accomplish said results. This plan depends on the immediate needs of the student, butmany plans include some sort of accommodation to pre and post-session communication inorder to track progress.
