About Josie
With a degree in English from UC Berkeley and 5 years teaching, writing, and editing professionally, I am passionate about helping people transform their writing.
I believe that good writing is key to a multitude of opportunities. Your ability to communicate ideas effectively on the page can get you the grade, earn you the job, and more. I also believe that EVERYONE has the ability to become a great writer.
My background in tutoring and as a teaching assistant at UC Berkeley English courses makes me a perfect fit to help you bring your writing to the next level.
I love watching students grow more capable and confident in their writing abilities. Getting the opportunity to work with someone, whether it's for just one tricky assignment or over the course of the year, allows me help them learn to love writing (or at least love the work they can do).
