I became employed as a spanish teacher in 2015 at an elementary school. Prior I did voluntary teaching services by assiating close friends and relatives and the wider community.
Currently I am an undergraduate student, However I hold a Certificate in blended learning from the Commonwealth of learning and Astabasca University in Canada.

My typical process for working with a new student.
1.) Introduction of myself, get to know the student learning style.
2.) Determining the needs of the students by way of a thorough Assessment to determine linguistic and mathematical competencies.
3.) I walk the student through a very motivational session where i give strictly a motivational session by way of conversation and discuss the best possible way forward.
I would have worked with students who are visual learners and also very weak in literacy and numeracy competencies. High school/secondary school, I worked along with students who are generally fast learners so they would excel in their various exams and life in general.
Look for certain characteristics such as being able to trasfer knowledge in the specific area by having a conversation with the tutor to determine if he/she is patient and willing to go the extra mile, ask lots of questions.
