About Bryan
I played professional football on various levels- signed CFL, A1, A2, AIFA.
I am a Certified personal trainer , Certified sports conditioning specialist, and former STRENGTH and CONDITIONING coach at Florida A&M University where I trained every sport offered. I understand the level of training, commitment, sacrifice and discipline it takes to excel mentally and physically. I build the athletes with the athletes with specialized speed, strength, and agility training while challenging, and reinforcing them psychologically.
I enjoy assisting these young athletes in guiding, and pushing them to reach their goals. Seeing the work that was invested come to fruition is such a rewarding feeling.
Former professional football player and coach. Collegiate graduate, CFL, AFL, AF2, AIFA. Coached High school football. AIFA Defensive coordinator.
