About Coach Ray
Coach Baxter has coached football for over 30 years with experience from Pee Wee Football through College Football on the Div 1 JC level. Several players have reached the highest levels of the game. Baxter believes not only in physical preparation but mental prep as well. Baxter specializes in Receiver and Running Back play.
I enjoy coaching athletes, assisting them in attaining direction, gaining strength and speed, football intelligence (FBI), as well as academic prowess. I will not coach an athlete who is either not interested in their academic pursuits, nor will train to the best of their ability. The family must be on board for our team to succeed. I can coach you as part of a group, or individually. The choice is yours.. Btw.... we will not train on the internet, so picture postings and internet discussions are prohibited. We train... we work... we win...
