About Yannick
A little about me: I’m currently studying Industrial Engineering at Dalhousie University, where I’ve built a strong background in mathematics, statistics, problem-solving, and technical subjects. Outside of university, I’ve spent several years working in roles that involve teaching, coaching, and communicating with people of different ages and learning styles. I’m also a First Aid Instructor, which has given me a lot of experience explaining important concepts clearly, answering questions, and helping people build confidence in skills they may initially find difficult. I’m patient, approachable, and very comfortable breaking complex ideas into simpler steps. I also compete in university-level swimming, so I understand the importance of discipline, consistency, time management, and working toward long-term goals. I try to bring that same mindset into tutoring by creating a supportive environment where students can ask questions freely, strengthen weak areas, and become more confident working independently.

Hi! I’m Yannick, an Industrial Engineering student at Dalhousie University offering online tutoring for high school and university students. I have a strong academic background and several years of experience teaching, coaching, and working one-on-one with students.
