About Little house in the cove
I discovered my passion for language when I was in the third grade. There was something about the written word that captivated me. I was a devoted reader and writer all throughout school. In high school I fell in love with the French language, and pursued that, as well as Spanish, in college. My plan was to teach foreign language to high school students, but God had a different plan for me. I was married in 2011 and had my first baby born in 2012. When she was just a toddler I had made up my mind… I was going to homeschool! I now have eight beautiful children and have had the joy of watching all of them learn at home. It never ceases to amaze me how powerful one on one instruction is. There is no way to duplicate it in the classroom. I have now made myself available to help other elementary aged students not just become an excellent reader and writer … but learn to love it! I also provide middle school and high school French instruction. I would be honored to help your student!
