About Carine
I'm a french young woman, with about 10 years of experience in teaching kids and adults; all levels, for every goal.

I love to see the fast progress and the enthusiasm of the students. In just a few hours, they are able to make their own sentences and to answer simple questions, that is very motivating.
I sarted with an adult student, at her house, who aws looking for french lessons and she wanted her baby daughter to be able to stay with us. We decided that our kids would be playing together while she was learrning french. She then became a friend but still kept her as a student until she moved out of the area, in 2018.
I've been living 30 years in France, and I ve been giving lessons for about 10 years since I came here. My students are very loyal, I can give some references on demand

I introduce myself, ask him about his/her goal (go to the country, pass an exam, be ahead in french class, fill in some gaps..), ask about their likes/ dislikes. I use books, audios, printing material, lots of oral.
Kids and adults (for now 6-70yo)
you need to connect with the teacher, to agree on a time/price/lengh/place of lesson. You will spend lots of time in a One to one lesson, talking with them so a good relationship is esssential.
France won the soccer world cup in July 2018! (not interested much) but so important for most french people!
A few things worth thinking about before reaching out
Their goal: work more on grammar if it's school related, or on weaknesses, or oral/accent if you want to communicate with locals and visit the country; or reading if you want to enjoy french litterature.
