About Joyce
I am a sessional tutor with Workers Educational Association (WEA). Under this organisation I have offered tuition on several short courses on IT & Employability and Customer Service.
I have also taught English to non English speakers at Vernon Community College, Nottingham.
Apart from teaching, I am also a qualified NVQ Assessor . This makes ongoing assessment easy for me as I teach.

I have offered tuition in English to people who speak English as a second language for over four years. Mostly my students have been adults but I ma flexible to tutor even young people.
Those at entry 1 and 2 levels will benefit a lot. I can also handle entry 3 learners.
I adopt a learner centred learning approach. My learners are given an opportunity to participate as much as possible,do exercises and interact with each other.
Effective lessons are held within 1 to 2 hours per session.
I consider myself to be friendly and approachable. AS such I an able to assist any kind of learners according to their individual circumstances.
