About Thomas
I train kids in all sports by increasing strength and flexibility and balance. Balance and agility are key essential to athletics. Let me get you ready before the seasons start.
I train all levels of athletes, in Football, basketball, golf,
I currently coach football at Sutton Middle School,
We have trained through the pandemic and helped our kids grow. I also train adults in golf. I ve been teaching Golf for about 20 years and worked with all levels to improve your game. I have also trained Lacrosse players with strength and agility work, along with shot strength and quickness.
So as you can read I love what I do and love seeing people succeed and grow. thank you.
