About Spencer

One-Hour Golf Swing Lessons for only $50!

I am a recent UCSB graduate who has played golf for over 10 years. I played varsity golf all 4 years in High School while receiving weekly swing coaching from a PGA pro coach and I am currently a 3 handicap. I have been teaching golf lessons for over 2 years now and in that time I have worked with golfers of all different age ranges and skill levels. I use swing video analysis to identify different mechanics of the swing you can improve on and then use drills to help you learn the proper mechanics in a way that is easy to understand. I will teach you how to increase consistency and accuracy, improve contact, and gain distance on your golf shots. You can then use the drills I teach you to practice and improve your ball striking and short game. I give lessons in Boise and the surrounding areas and I will travel to you! If you have friends or family that also want to improve their golf swing I offer discounts for group lessons. Text me if you're interested in seeing how much I can help improve your game!

- I have been golfing for over 10 years - Played 4 years on my Varsity High School Team - Received weekly swing coaching from PGA pro Nick Watney's youth swing coach - Currently a 3 handicap golfer

About the lesson

- Get to know the customer, their golf goals and golf experience - Start by analyzing body and club setup and grip - Video and analysis of their swing using Hudl Technique Technology - Improve the swing with simple effective strategies and drills - Provide a lesson plan so they can practice on their own

I have taught a wide variety of golfers from kids as young as 8 years old to adults who are 70 years old. I have helped advanced golfers who have been golfing for over 20 years lower their scores by as much as 10 strokes and I have also worked with many beginner golfers who are just learning how to play. No matter your age or skill level I can help take your golf game to the next level!

Perfect! Only had one lesson with Spencer because I was moving out of state. But in just an hour he gave me a lot of drills to practice on my own that really improved my golf game. Glad that i booked a lesson with him.

Perfect! Been a pleasure working on my swing with Spencer. I’ve been playing the game for 9 years now and this is the best teacher I’ve had so far. He has a great understanding of the fundamentals. He uses a mixture of video and drills to teach those fundamentals. Highly recommended.

Perfect! In just a short time working with Spencer I was able to drastically improve my golf game. He not only gave me the tools to improve my swing but the knowledge to understand how my ball flight could be corrected without him standing right behind me. Spencer was extremely friendly and patient throughout the entire process. I would definitely recommend Spencer to anyone in need of a very good and affordable lesson to improve their golf game. Thanks again Spencer!

Spencer came recommended from a friend of mine who knew I was interested in taking a golf lesson or two. After investing in golf during COVID, I wanted to take my game up a notch and knew I needed some guidance on my stance and swing. I met Spencer for a lesson at a nearby range and I couldn't be happier with the progress I've made in the little time spent with him. His feedback and suggestions have dramatically improved my slice and driving. Very glad to have come across Spencer and I'm excited to continue with my lessons to improve all aspects of my golf game. Highly recommend anyone who is on the fence about getting a lesson to just commit to one lesson and you definitely won't regret it.
