About Sydney
After going through college essentially alone, I know I would have had a better experience with someone to confide in. I will make my students feel comfortable asking questions and making mistakes. In 2021, I graduated with a B.S. in Biological Sciences and a minor in psychology. I have moved on to graduate school to obtain my Doctorate in Physical Therapy. As a student myself, I know the stresses of understanding the material and getting good grades. I want to help others achieve this.
Tutoring was a requirement for the National Honors Society in high school and loved it. It is a great experience to share my knowledge and have others benefit from our time together.
I worked as a lead medical researcher in college, with one of my responsibilities being training. I also worked as a tutor in high school and college.

I like to understand the biggest causes of stress in my students. We can create goals from this and have measurable results throughout our sessions. I am a believer in learning from doing. I want my students to know the topic well enough to be able to explain it to me.
I have worked with people of many different backgrounds. It is essential to understand cultural differences and learning strategies.
Find someone who understands your needs and makes you comfortable. There is no ill will if you need to switch tutors to find a suitable one for you. Take control of your experience and education.
One of my favorite recent events is working in my school's probono physical therapy clinic. While I cannot share specifics due to patient confidentiality, it reaffirmed why I want to be a physical therapist.
