About Lewis
I’ve been playing for 6 years, and in that short amount of time I have progressed exceptionally. My expertise is in teaching beginner and intermediate level players. Beginners are the most critical when it comes to teaching because upwards of 80% of beginners quit before they start really getting into it. My goal is to give the same spark that I was given, to others who haven't found it yet. Intermediate players all eventually need a little bit of applied direction once they hit the plateau of “Where am I going with this? What is my voice?”. I'm young, but I made the mistakes to get the right answers. I studied at Berklee College of music for guitar during the summer of 2024, and learned from some of the greatest players around. My grades during the program were exemplary. I also excelled in college level music classes in high school, receiving a 5/5 on the Music theory AP test. Not to mention experience in a handful of bands, choirs, ensembles etc. I would love to give people what I know and find out what I can learn from teaching them.
