About Keith
Learning music is one of the most satisfying things anyone can do. It's not always easy, but it should always be rewarding. Whether you want to begin playing the guitar or are an experienced player, I can help you realize the musical dreams you have. Are you more interested in composition or theory? I can help you get to where you want to go! You'll have a lot of fun while you grow into the musician you want to be.
I have over 30 years of music instruction experience in guitar, music theory, and composition. For guitar students, I emphasize proper technique and solid fundamentals. Each student is unique and my pedagogy is tailored to their needs. For children, I teach them how to read music. For older students, music reading skills are optional.
I'm a veteran guitarist and published composer with a doctorate in music from Northwestern University. Whether your a beginning or seasoned musician, let me help you on the musical path you want to be on.
