About Lisa
I am a highly driven gymnastics coach of many years. I love the sport and working with kids that do. I teach beginner through advanced. I worked in 2 gymnastic centers in the metro area of NY)...moved out to stroudsburg PA after hurricane Sandy..and have been coaching at a gymnastics center in Brodheadsville, PA ever since. I work with cheerleaders and gymnasts .(teach 2 hr clinics once a month) Aerial & back handspring.
I began teaching under the supervision of my Romanian coaches at the age of 18.
I have over 10 years experience teaching all levels of gymnastics. I was also a state level champion within the sport.

When working with a new student I keep a very upbeat and positive attitude. I demonstrate patience as well as demonstrate/speak about what it is I'm looking for them to do.
I've worked with all ages. From mommy and me age 4 through adult lessons.
a student should look for a coach that has years/ hands on in the field of gymnastics. I suggest that you also see what classes and age ranges they work with. And word of mouth/reviews are also helpful!
