About Ashley
I have been coaching gymnastics for 10 years and I've also coached tumbling for cheering. I'm so passionate about the sport but even when I get home from work I'm looking up drills, choreographing routines etc. last year I also coached the Essex tech high school gymnastics team.
I have worked at three gymnastics gyms during the last 10 years. They are all in Massachusetts, where I live. I worked at the Beverly YMCA gymnastics program, then I worked at Brestyans American gymnastics (which is an Olympic gym that is home to 2008 Olympian Alicia Sacramone and 2012 and 2016 Olympian Aly Raisman) and then I worked at Yellowjackets Gymnastics which has two locations, one in Danvers and one in Middleton. I coached the high school gymnastics team at Essex tech last winter. And I coached tumbling for cheering at Hamilton Wenham high school during the 2009 season and the 2013 season.
I am very qualified to teach gymnastics and have taken and passed many safety certifications. I was also a gymnast myself and have been into the sport for all of my 37 years!
