About Heather
I have been coaching competitive gymnastics for 22 years and competed myself for 14 years. I currently coach competitive gymnastics for a private gymnastics school. I have for years not only helped gymnasts enhance their skills but also their strength and confidence. I have worked with dance studios for the past 15 years to give their dancers advantage at competitions through acrobatic instruction and gymnastics choreography. I will clean up their skills enhancing raising scores for gymnasts and better results for competitive dancers.
I have 22 years as a successful competitive gymnastics coach both in California and Virginia..

I work on one hour one -on-one lessons as well as small groups. I will use the first lesson to learn what the goals are for the student as well as talk to the parents.. I will asses each students strength and weaknesses to pinpoint problem areas in the skill and enhance muscle groups for that area as well as improve the look of the skill or jump and improve the confidence and comfort while attempting the skill
