About Daniel

Tai Chi Chuan is an internal martial art that originated in China and became popular in the 20th century. Internal means that the force that is used comes from the tendons, which are in a certain way inside the muscles. In external martial arts the force of the muscles is used, which are external.

The practice of Tai Chi Chuan leads to getting rid of distracting thoughts and to concentrate on movements. Under such condition it is possible to improve the management of the nervous system, to have the brain in total rest and to improve the metabolism in all parts of the body. The practice of Tai Chi Chuan allows a competitive speed to recover from fatigue, invigorate energy, invigorate the body and prevent diseases.

When Tai Chi Chuan is practiced, the movements stretch the muscles and joints extensively; it expands the blood of the capillaries and accelerates the circulation in the veins and the lymphatic glands, and in this way it lightens the weight in the atrium. In fact, it is beneficial for the healthy maintenance of the heart, blood flow and the lymphatic system. At the same time, it reduces cholesterol and prevents arteriosclerosis. The abdominal breathing method of Tai Chi Chuan requires to sink the breath into the "Dantien" - a point located about 3 or 5 cm below the navel inside the body, which is also a key point in acupuncture. After a period of practice, the breathing will coordinate with the movement in a natural way, and gradually it will become long, deep, light and soft; then it will have good effects in strengthening the functioning of the respiratory system and increase vital capacity.

Taichi can be learned by joining groups of advanced students in public places and imitating their movements, by enrolling in official schools or universities in China or by linking with a Teacher who teaches with oral instruction. The latter is the purest way to learn real Taichi, as Master My Sifu Qi Ke Bao ((concealed information) learned it from his Sifu Fang Ning ((concealed information) and how it is taught in his school and how I learned it.
