About Warren
I want to tailor the experience of my students instead of applying a "one size fits all" approach of a McDojo. I want to pay special attention to an individuals' goals in learning new ways of moving
The sense of empowerment that a student gains is what fascinates me about the work. The moments of breakthrough and achievement are the most valuable to me

I first start with warm-ups to get the body ready for strenuous activity and demanding stances and movements.
Beginners. I have a strong foundation in the basics but have not been exposed to advanced techniques
A willingness to try and humility go a long way in this kind of training
I trained a class of 2 actors in the basics of movement to give them a basis for stage combat for film. The stunt coordinator was impressed that they had a firm foundation gained from lessons with me
A few things worth thinking about before reaching out
Injuries. Limited range of movement. Some moves can be strenuous, and one should not power through the pain.
