Brenda cultivates an environment which consists of inspiration, encouragement and motivation. Her 7 step methodology has helped her clients shift their mindsets from a thought process that consisted of “I can’t” and “I don’t know how” to a new belief system focused on “Anything is Possible”.

Brenda provides great follow through, ongoing support and guidance to assist her clients in reaching their maximum potential. Her focus is to help her clients gain life balance with Financial, Emotional, Physical and Spiritual health.
Brenda Williams has over twenty-five years of experience consulting, coaching and mentoring individuals and businesses in a wide range of personal and professional development. Brenda is a caring, dedicated and well-respected coach in the field of leadership development which comprises leadership of self and others. She is a world renowned public speaker sharing her message with diverse audiences.
Amongst her friends and colleagues Brenda is known as a dynamic, fun and gregarious personality always ready with an easy laugh and an encouraging word. Informally I coached for many years. When I went seeking more purpose in life I realized that coaching was my personal passion and professional mission.
I then left a very successful career and founded Your Coaching Solution and Academy For Leadership Communication to help others "Create The Life They Want"!
I have over 20 years business experience working with people and organizations. Over the years I have mentored and coached 1000s of individuals on how to become more effective at communicating, selling themselves and removing hidden obstacles that stand in their way of success.
I have three certifications and I am a Board Certified Coach in IPEC-Energy Leadership, EBW-Business Emotional Intelligence and ICF-International Coach Federation.
Recently I received a Lifetime Acheivment Award from The White House congratulating me on the volunteer work I have done to help create a new era of people that work together shaping a better tomorrow for our great nation.

I invite you to a Free Consultation in which we will discuss your current needs and desires. Once we determine it will be a good fit to work together we will discuss what coaching is and review the programs and approach I will take to help you get where you want to go.
I work with all age groups from 15-75 years of age. Their needs have varied.
My specialty is helping people to become emotionally intelligent and master communicators. Much of our success in life directly relates to our mindset and how we communicate both internally and externally with the rest of the world.
