About Tori
At Empower Health & Behavior, I aim to empower individuals to maximize their potential, cultivate healthy relationships, achieve goals, and take sustainable accountability for their choices and outcomes. I promote overall health, well-being, and life balance through evidence-based nutritional therapy, holistic approaches, and personalized guidance. I assist clients in making lasting behavioral changes, improving their nutrition habits, and overcoming obstacles to foster personal growth. By addressing the interconnectedness of mind, body, and spirit, I create a nurturing environment for wellness. Together, we can embark on a transformative path toward optimal health, vibrant living, and a balanced lifestyle.
Empower Health & Behavior, formerly known as EatRightLife and Revolution Wellness, was founded by me. I am an accomplished fine-dining chef who spent my time in some of the country’s best Mobile 5-star and AAA 5 Diamond awarded resorts and restaurants. I’ve appeared on Food Network's Guy’s Grocery Games and Cutthroat Kitchen. I am a Nutritional Therapy Practitioner (NTP) who has taught numerous individuals and families, including U.S. Olympic skateboarding athletes, about nutrition, cooking, and achieving their best results. I am also a NASM Certified Personal Trainer (CPT), Sports Nutrition Specialist (SNS), Certified Cognitive Behavioral Therapy Practitioner (CBTP), REBT Coach, and Ordained Minister. I am completing my psychology degree, focusing on nutritional psychology and coaching.
