About Michelle
If you are looking for yoga or spiritual counseling that will give you a breathrough in your life, then let's work together! There are many yoga teachers who say the same things, use the same quotes and cliché phrases; but rarely do you find ones who have been through the intense spiritual transformation that has brought about a new level of consciousness. I have walked down the path towards living my highest authentic life, and with this experience, I can take you deeper insights about yourself through yoga, and give you clarity and fulfillment in life through spiritual counseling.
I enjoy guiding people into seeing reality for what it is - how they have created their lifes' experienced based on their thoughts and beliefs, how the physical body responds to their lifestyle habits. Good news, is that you can create your body and reality as you want it. Empowering people to take responsibility for their lives gives me the most fulfillment and it is the reason why I do what I do.
