For nutrition counseling, in our first 30 minute appintment we will discuss your past medical history, current blood work and personal nutrition/fitness goals. I will ask you to complete a 4 day food log which will be reviewed during your next visit. In your next 60 minute appointment, we will design a customized lifestyle plan, which may include specific diet recommendations, supplements and exercise tips. Follow up appointments are generally scheduled 2-4 weeks afterwards where we will make adjustments to your program.
For personal training, we will focus on your fitness goals through strength training, endurance training and stretching. You will learn the fundamentals of exercise for continued success.
