About Shannon
I teach Yoga classes to fit each student and my Mindfulness practice is a way to coach people into thinking in new ways and to get out of old thought patterns that keep us from growth. I am a Certified a yoga instructor and Certified Master of Mindfulness Practitioner. I am currently studying to be Certified CBT Life coach for Adults and Adolescents.

Also to explain the my classes are for All Levels and everyone is welcome For Mindfulness, I would ask the client if they are ready to make real changes in the way they think, and if they are ready to take responsibility for how the act, react and show up in a situation
