I lived in Scandinavia for many months and learned how to be more confident, calm and content with my life by taking a 10 week course on SISU or Finnish mindfulness. Don't hire a trainer that has had a 6 pack since middle school. Hire someone who was obese, depressed, sick and fought hard to regain his life.
