About Lisa
I am a 22 year experienced personal trainer and nutritionist with a goal of helping others find personal achievements with health and fitness.
22 years ago, my mother developed diabetes. From there, I developed the skills and knowledge to help others with their health and fitness.

I conduct an initial consultation with my clients to determine goals and current stats. After that, I work one on one with you to develop a plan to acheive those goals.
I have worked with all age ranges, fitness levels and different levels of knowldge with nutrition.
Make sure to choose someone who wants to learn just as much as you do. Knowledgable teachers are only as good as their dedication to continue to learn.
Developing my current clients' health and fitness ability over the past year. We have worked a lot with stability and functional training to help make their everyday lives better.
