About LaShay
I'm a certified Master Life coach, with additional focuses on mindfulness, happiness, life purpose, relationships, goal setting, and accountability.
I enjoy seeing the changes that take place within the lives and relationships of my clients by applying the tools and resources that they've gained from the program.
I've been life coaching unoffically to friends, family, and acquaintances for over 10 years. My passion in life is helping others achieve their goals and make significant changes in their lives and relationships. It was not until 2019 that I decided to turn my passion into a business, and received my coaching certification.
