About Empowered learning
About EmpowerEd
Hi there! I’m Mrs. Glenn, a certified special education teacher, literacy interventionist, and the proud founder of EmpowerEd — a space where every learner is seen, supported, and empowered to thrive. Whether your child is struggling with reading, needs support with IEP goals, or just benefits from a patient, personalized learning approach, you’re in the right place.
At EmpowerEd, we specialize in working with students who learn differently — including those with ADHD, dyslexia, autism, speech delays, and more. But what truly sets us apart? We build trust first. Every session starts with connection — not correction. I believe that confidence fuels growth, so I meet students where they are and celebrate every win (big or small!).
Working with me means:
✅ Personalized lessons based on assessments
✅ Consistent communication with families
✅ A calm, encouraging environment
✅ Multisensory tools and strategies that actually make learning stick
✅ Lots of laughs and “lightbulb” moments
I don’t believe in one-size-fits-all education. I believe in your child’s unique path, and I’m here to walk it with them — with patience, purpose, and positivity.
Let’s do this — together. 💪
