About Linda
Soul ll Soul is located on 5 secluded acres, surrounded by nature. A place to Retreat. Connecting with nature allows you to connect to the deeper demention within yourself. There are many different routines I teach, but I mostly teach a class called “Not Just Yoga" which combines all workouts that you need. Combining a customized routine into one workout that works your body from your head to your toes, internal and external. Getting out of your thoughts and into the place of peace within yourself.
This practice is a unique way to bring awareness to Yourself. Meet yourself where your at and start right there. This will quiet your thoughts, which will help you become aware of your breath, calming your nervous system and bring Flexibility and strength into your body, mind and spirit. It's the most important thing you can do. Very passionate about your goals.
I started teaching to those who have personal goals.
Certified in yoga, and personal Training.

After my knee replacement, I had some IT Band issues still and working out with Linda has helped that issue tremendously by strengthening and stretching it. I’ve toned my body more so than any other exercise regime I was doing in the past. I look forward to our sessions and never want to miss one!
Linda has helped helped me connect my mind, body and spirituality through workouts and meditation. I have lost 25 pounds in the past two years with a combination of workouts and proper nutrition. I in much better physical shape than I was 15 years ago. Linda caters your workouts to meet your individual needs.
Linda is an amazing instructor/trainer. She is always happy, accommodating and knowledgeable. It’s a pleasure to workout with her.
I love working out with soul2soul! The flow of the classes, merging many types together- yoga, weight training, hiit, flexibility, pilates- you name it, you do it!! Each class was different than the one before. Ending with a meditation each time. I love starting and ending my day on the mat!!
Linda is always asking how she can customize the workout to fit your needs. Very caring.
Everything!
The convenience of not having to go out to a gym. You get on with the same people that you feel become friends. So you're working out with friends
