It's most rewarding to be able to help people reach their goals whether that be teaching them ways to incorporate yoga and meditation into their lives as a way to increase health, mental focus, awareness and intention or meet specific goal.
I love seeing individuals achieve levels of success beyond what they originally thought they were capable of doing. With a little understanding, gentle encouragement, and a desire to improve ones life; amazing things can happen.
