About Jennifer
I love encouraging students to honor where they are while challenging their bodies and minds! It's fun to help people be their best! It's okay to come as you are, but you won't leave that way: you'll leave more relaxed, stronger, and stretched out!
I've been teaching yoga and Pilates for 14 years and life coaching for 5. The combination allows students to address behavior change, take healthy steps, and develop nourishing routines with encouragement and accountability.
I have an ERYT200 and RYT500 (yoga teaching certifications), am a certified Pilates instructor and life coach. I"ve also run 5 marathons and one ultra-marathon!
