About Maria
I'm Maria, and I'm super happy to offer coaching for people of all backgrounds who want to recover wellness after facing illness or injury.
The recovery model recognizes that it is not only our physical body that suffers when we are injured, but also our mind, emotions, energy, and relationships. All aspects of life that embody our experience of being human are equal, and deserving of healing.
I coach people who are under the care of physicians and other providers but who also want to integrate fully the health of their mind and bodies through movement, meditation, and other natural therapies.
