Zenia is an excellent trainer. Friendly, professional, and prompt. I had been participating in other Zoom exercise classes or podcasts before I started with Zenia. I find her classes better than anything I had previously participated in.
I met Zenia at NYSC where she works group exercise instructor
(PILATES, TOTAL BODY, BARRE ), personal trainer and health coach.
I value her expertise and ability to apply her skills and knowledge. In fact I am living proof.
How many women at age 69 can do minimum of 50 push-ups?
I do. Thank you ZENIA.
For ever grateful for keeping my body strong and my spirit high.
AnezkaZenia is an outstanding instructor! A professional like Zenia is hard to find.
I took the zoom class during the pandemic, Not only were they so good for my physical health but also mentally. Classes were very consistent but everyone was a little different so I never felt it was just a one size fits all. Plenty of modifications and really a great personality.
Zenia’s sessions are wonderful! She pushes you to get the best and most comprehensive workout. She trains in a caring, professional and safe manner. Would definitely recommend if you want to see results!
