About Shari
I work alongside you via zoom or in person.
WE go at your pace and gradually add to the variety of recipes and additional components of creating a healthy and vital lifestyle.
Simple easy and doaable steps. 5 ingredients and super delicious. We must remember that each person must give themselves time. This is a journey of health and happiness. We build day by day and meal by meal.
I truely love making, creating all plant based meals. I love new creations and checking out new products for my clients.
After I finished my Exercise Physiology B.S degree. I started fitness coaching, classes and kept growing and adding more healthy lifestyle classes.
I have a B.S. Exercise physiologist - B.A. Communication
20 years teaching workshops - classes - seminars in Whole Foods - plant based lifestyle - demo for various companies in the natural foods industry .
Teaching at various schools
Traveling Retreat Chef for vegan and raw events . Managed health clinic with Dr. Douglas Graham author of the 80-10-10 Diet. We currently work in the U SA and Costa Rica hosting events .
