About Mike
Over many years, I have accrued talents and abilities in various different specialties.When I was in the Navy as a young man, I spent countless hours learning how to play pool, with all the various dynamics that goes with it. My passion is in fitness and nutrition and I am currently a personal trainer and nutrition coach. I approach fitness and health from a "think outside the box" angle. I can coach for weight loss or weight gain, strength and conditioning and hypertrophy. I am also a Softball coach and love teaching people a love for the game.
I have many more talents that I have accrued over many years, that serve me well. Let me put them to work and teach them to you.

I get to see my clients get healthy and extend their life and know that I had a small part in helping them get there.
I am currently a Personal Trainer and Nutrition Coach, but I am also in school to get my NASM certification for both.

I ask initial questions to get an idea for what their knowledge level is and we go over some basics that they should be familiar with. Then we develop a plan of attack for what they want to learn and how we will approach it. I always make sure that to give clients realistic timelines and realistic expectations. I require and return complete honesty with my clients. I can't help you if I don't know the truth.
