About Lesley
As a certified holistic health coach currently studying a program in functional nutrition, I help my clients learn what are the best foods for them and how to incorporate those foods into their life. I specialize in digestive issues and use energy or electroceutical medicine, massage, and essential oils along with food choices to dramatically improve my clients' health.
I love seeing how my clients' energy levels and their overall self-care increases.
Certification, Institute for Integrative Nutrition, 2012
