About Nahshon
I have been mentoring, tutoring and training children and adults in everything from math and writing to anger management, fitness and strategies for life success for 6 years. I am currently working on my second masters and have an extensive background with real world training in business having worked in the corporate and entrepreneurial fields. I use this background to help tutor and train. I start with building good rapport which for me is a foundation for the teacher/student learning process. This allows me to understand where the individual is at, factoring any blockages that may be hindering success and then move into strategically building lessons designed around their strengths and weaknesses. We set short and long term goals and build a structure around assignments and use drills and tests along with homework that helps increase and improve a core working knowledge of the subject area and the students proficiency.
