About Amanda
My favorite part is the ah ha moments when a student finally masters a task. The smile they have makes me smile.
I enjoy all aspects of hair and makeup. My favorite thing to do is hair color. I have the very best loyal clients and students. Being a day maker makes my heart big.
I started teaching because most people don't even know the basics. It's important to have a good foundation. I want to share and serve others what I have learned. It's really fun and I am passionate about the beauty business.
I have been a licensed cosmetologist since 1996. Our family had a salon. I keep up with the latest trends and continuing education. My latest education was a trip to LA to study with my friend famous hairstylist Guy Tang.

I like to take a lot of pictures and discuss what beauty problems we can solve. We can break it down to each issue and work to find solutions together.
I've worked with all types of students. Moms and dads, kids too!
Look for someone that speaks your language. Follow your heart.
My most favorite event was going to LA to meet with my friend and mentor Guy Tang. I studied with the creator! It was very exciting because I'd never visited there before.
