About Ketrena
HELPING YOU FEEL BEAUTIFUL
I have over 10 years experience in makeup artistry. I pride myself in offering the best products and services to each of my clients. My makeup journey started in Stage Makeup at the College of Charleston and the Dock Street Theatre as a vocal performer. I later became a freelance artist with Estée Lauder and showcased my work on various models/brides in the Atlanta Market. Moving back home to Charleston, SC in 2015, I have had the pleasure to be selected as a Couples Choice Award Winner with WeddingWire as Makeup Artist. I then was also selected as an Assistant Makeup Artist for Charleston Fashion Week.
My background includes: singing, modeling, acting and makeup artistry. As a bridal makeup artist, I look forward to advancing my love for the art of makeup in my hometown and beyond as I continue to grow and evolve as a makeup artist.

Whether it's your big day or a special occasion, I want you to be comfortable. Whether its subtly enhancing your features for a more natural makeup look or a eclectic colorful style. My experience includes: airbrush makeup, bridal makeup, eyebrow arching and eyelash extensions that will help you look and feel your best!
A lot of my clients inquired about the how do hacks for my makeup applications and which products to use. I started teaching during Covid a Makeup Artist Bootcamp and trained a few great artists over a 3 month period.
I have training in airbrush makeup, obtained a master's hair care specialist license, and trained under Estée Lauder in skincare regimen.

An assessment is completed by Q&A on product knowledge of basic makeup application. Selfies of prior makeup applications will be submitted for review to determine skill set.
Novice/Beginner to Intermediate
Learn which area of beauty you want to learn. Some people have a natural hand for certain niches in makeup artistry. There are so many opportunities to become a successful makeup artist! Whether you choose to do a class for fun or for growing a business; starting a craft is never a waste!
Styled Wedding Shoots are my favorite!! I got to do airbrush makeup on 6 models for an elegant bridal Photoshoot that was featured in Atlanta Bride.
