About Krista
I have been a practitioner of the "art of the Ninja" (Ninjutsu) for 12 years. I told adults and children for six years, and have a 3rd Degree Black Belt.
Ninjutsu stands out because of it's practicality. The "bad guy" does all the work for you. I teach basic ways of keeping you safe in your every day life.
I also have survival techniques I learned such as tracking, hiding your tracks, camouflage, and knowing medicinal and edible herbs.
I am also a Personal Trainer.
