About James
My passion is to help others learn to defend themselves and get in great shape. What better way to do both then martial arts??
I have been practicing martial arts for nearly 7 years and have achieved a black belt in Krav Maga and instructor certification through Krav Maga Alliance.
I hold a purple belt in Brazilian Jiu Jitsu under Master Ricardo Liborio. I have competed and taught throughout my years in Jiu Jitsu and genuinely love the art!
7 years of martial arts courses and training including Krav Maga certifications and tests, active shooter courses, Jiu Jitsu tests, and a variety of martial arts and fitness experience.
I also have 10 years of military training/experience through the United States Air Force.
