About Nereska soraya
Hello! My name is Nereska Alvarado, and I am a bilingual educator (English-Spanish) and Industrial Engineer with more than 15 years of professional experience and over 3 years of teaching experience in the United States. I specialize in Math and Spanish tutoring for elementary, middle school, high school, ESL learners, and adult students. My teaching approach is patient, supportive, and personalized to each student's learning style. I focus on building confidence, strengthening fundamental skills, and helping students achieve measurable academic growth.
Students enjoy working with me because I create a positive learning environment where questions are encouraged, and concepts are explained clearly using real-world examples. As both an engineer and educator, I bring strong analytical skills, organization, and practical problem-solving strategies to every lesson.
Whether you need help with math concepts, homework, test preparation, conversational Spanish, grammar, reading, writing, or language development, I am committed to helping you reach your goals and become an independent, successful learner. I look forward to helping you succeed! 📚✨
