He has taught and coached students in Algebra I, Algebra II, Geometry, AP Statistics, STEM coursework, and data-driven problem solving while also mentoring teachers and leading school-wide math achievement initiatives.

As an Assistant Principal and instructional leader, Dr. Daniels led math improvement initiatives that helped schools exceed district performance benchmarks and earn recognition as Georgia Department of Education Math Leader Schools. His work focused on helping students close learning gaps, improve problem-solving skills, and increase mastery in both standard and accelerated mathematics courses.
