About John
Singing is innate in all of us. I believe in teaching vocal technique that will allow you to access your inner artist. If you want more technical information, I’m happy to show you what I know. If you just want to sing a song and feel good about it, I can help with that as well.
I’ve been teaching for over 15 years. I teach students from all walks of life. I have a doctorate degree in vocal performance and lots of professional experience. I also know my way around the piano and music theory.
I’ve been playing piano and singing at church and school since I was 5.

I like to find something they like to perform and listen. Then we discuss their goals what their tonal image is. Once I get an idea of what we are shooting for, I offer exercises that will help them achieve their goal.
Amateurs and professionals. All ages above 16 years old
Come with an open heart and don’t be afraid to make mistakes.
