About Liznel
Certified music teacher, and music instructor at a local music+arts studio. My passion is to help students learn whatever their heart desires in order to progress in this field! From ukelele, piano, to wind instruments and general music for toddlers- I am a lover of all versions of the art. My previous position as a middle school band director prepared me to work with all band instruments, as well as my current job as an elementary school general music teacher has prepared me with the ever popular- piano, percussion, ukele, voice and general music play. Book me, and you won't be dissapointed! Not only do you gain a music teacher to help you with instruction, but I am a great motivator as well. Here to help!

With a new student, I usually love to establish a relationship with them first. As I feel that it is easier and smoother to learn material from someone you know and actually 'like'. I am very particular about slowing down the pace in order to really understand concepts and I have no problem revisiting units in order to establish a firm foundation
